Hello Neighbors! We have some updates!

We currently have one vacant spot on the Board – if you’re interested in serving on the HOA board, please reach out!

A huge thank you to Daniel and Hannah for all the work and dedication they’ve given to our community.

Upcoming Work Days Saturday September 13 Saturday, September 20 Times TBD – please check back here or on the website for details.

Also, projects will begin to the pool house exterior and tree cleanup!

Our new website is live! Please note it’s still a work in progress, so thank you for your patience as updates continue.

Also, the Maintenance Committee will now be led by Adam Meek – thank you, Adam, for stepping into this role!

Lastly, we are looking for some additional board members for next year as we have folks thinking of retiring! We especially would love for someone to consider the pool manager role. If you are interested, please reach out to the board via email!  plainfieldwalnuthill@gmail.com

Thank you all

Hi neighbors!

Quick pool post! Just wanted to share reminders about the pool hours/dues and other pool info!
The fee to use the pool for party rental is set at $50. Another reminder to pay your dues if you haven't already!
Lastly, a reminder pool closes at 9:00, (unless special event) and important we keep our community safe and respectful of the hours.
Let’s work together to keep the pool enjoyable for everyone.

Important info below

If you have a key from last year and your dues are paid you should have access. If it doesn’t work and dues are paid please contact Amanda Plunkett, or Tracy Boggs

If you lost your key and need a replacement contact Amanda. Please also be sure annual dues are paid when reaching out for a replacement.

Note: if you have lost both original and replacement keys there will be a fee to order a new one.

The pool bathrooms are out of service for toilet use. However sinks are functional. The porta bathroom was delivered today.

The board and pool committee have worked diligently to get things open a bit sooner this year. We know the weather doesn’t look great in the coming days but nonetheless are excited to have the pool open for use!

Information

Hello neighbors!!

Planning for pool to open this week! Monday is the goal, but it will be confirmed really soon! We still have plumbing issues from last year that are in the works to be resolved. Working on those details and plan to fix as soon as possible! In the meantime, there will be a porta station brought in to use. We will NOT be allowed to use toilets until plumbing issues are fully resolved.

Pool reminders: Your key from last year will work if dues are paid. To pay dues please do that via check or Zelle.check-(Walnut Hill Homeowner's Association-PO Box 533 Plainfield, IN 46168)-Zelle-(plainfieldwalnuthill@gmail.com). It would be most helpful if done this weekend via Zelle to have efficiency in turning on keys. Providing a check will delay the keys being turned on.
